Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Smokers Lounge.
Orders shipped outside the UK will be dispatched with tracking number, however in the event of customs or excise duty being applied by the buyer’s country laws the liability will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
SMOKIN IDEAS IS NOT LIABLE FOR CHARGES (VAT, TAX OR DUTY) OCCURED ON ANY GOODS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UK.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Any claims made after the date of delivery will not be entertained. All glass goods are visually inspected before dispatch, any damage sustained during transit require proof and must be claimed for on date of delivery.
Electrical Items
All electrical items sold by us carry manufacturer warranties, any issues with electrical items should be made apparent to the relevant manufacturer, we will not entertain any such claims. Operational issues with any electrical items are subject to two months warranty by ourselves, any signs of misuse, damage (accidental or otherwise) are not included.
