We endeavor for your item to be with you as soon as possible, we take all reasonable steps to ensure the fastest delivery – on all items large or small. The above delivery times are out with our control, however in the 20 years of trading online within our Amazon store and online shop – it’s extremely rare our customers wait in excess of the delivery times stated above.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Smokers Lounge.
Orders containing cigars (part or whole) shipped outside the UK will be dispatched with tracking number, however in the event of customs or excise duty being applied by the buyer’s country laws the liability will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Smokin Ideas is not liable for charges (VAT, TAX or Duty) occurred on any goods shipped outside the UK.
